工作职责:

1 Lead overall corporate accounting functions with multiple legal entities;
2 Overview the accounting transactions and related procedures to make sure that the GAAP is followed;
3 Develop, implement and improve robust accounting policies, procedures/processes and manuals;
4 Supervise monthly account reconciliation process at group level;
5 Prepare financial reports in compliance with Chinese statutory and US GAAP on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
6 Support preparation of tax return filing (national HQ and local offices).
7 Leverage the ERP implementation opportunity to optimize existing processes.

1 Minimum bachelor degree in economy/Accounting/finance;
2 Minimum 5 years accounting experience in a MNC. Experience in Service Industry is a plus;
3 At least 3 years in managerial role;
4 Must be a qualified accountant; AICPA is preferred;
5 Analytical and have business acumen
6 Working Experience of ERP;
7 Familiar with IFRS and PRC GAAP; Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English;
8 Team player with high integrity, initiative, result-oriented.
